Moon Valley Nursery provides exceptional follow up and advice. I called after finding Palmetto weevils in one of my palms. Luke listened and told me immediate steps. Alex Huertero came out and evaluated my palms within a couple of days. He was exceptionally courteous, knowledgeable, and gave me a detailed plan. Moon Valley Nursery never disappoints, recommend highly

I had a wonderful experience at the Naples garden center thanks to Aniel! From the moment I walked in looking for fruit trees, he was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and patient. He took the time to answer all of my questions, explained the differences between the various fruit trees, and helped me choose the best options for my needs. What really stood out was that he never made me feel rushed. His passion for plants and genuine desire to help made the entire experience enjoyable. Excellent customer service like this is hard to find these days, and Aniel truly went above and beyond. If you’re visiting the Naples garden center, I highly recommend asking for Aniel. He’s a tremendous asset to the team, and I’ll definitely be back because of the outstanding service I received!

Absolutely one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at a business. The customer service here is completely unacceptable. The employee who approached us (I didn’t catch his name, but he was very distinct and easy to recognize) was rude, dismissive, and outright disrespectful,he basically told us to leave instead of offering any help. No professionalism, no courtesy, nothing. I’ve never experienced anything like that before. And the prices? Completely out of this world. Not just expensive—completely unreasonable. You can find the same plants and trees elsewhere for a fraction of the cost. It honestly feels like they expect customers to just accept it without question. Between the horrible customer service and the absurd pricing, there is absolutely no reason to come here. Save yourself the frustration and go somewhere that actually treats people with respect and charges fair prices.

Great experience at Moon Valley Nursery in Naples. Gavin was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and took the time to understand what we needed instead of rushing us. He gave honest advice and made the whole process easy. The trees looked great and the service was excellent. Highly recommend — ask for Gavin.

Amazing experience! We received a flyer in the mail that hit the mark! We could hand pick the plants we wanted at our new home and they planted them. We are over the moon with both the help we received from Jayson and the delivery and installation by Zach and his team. The trees and flowers are super healthy and the care they took in planting them was impressive. We were burned by 2 other landscapers so we know the difference. Have fun and enjoy the experience with Moon Valley…we did!
